Wholesaler Policy

Purchases from Healers Who Share, HWS CT LLC, HealersWhoShare.com, HWS, Michelle Giliberto, individually, Michelle Giliberto LLC, michellegiliberto.com (Collectively, “HWS” “we” “us” “our” or “Provider”).  

 Products

HWS offers products for purchase. Products under these terms include but are not limited to services (see below); jewelry, crystals, energy tools, dvd’s, digital media (mp3’s) and bottled frequency waters.

General

From time to time, Healers Who Share may offer products for purchase (“Products”) through this site (the “Service”). We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities or Products purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Age

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any Products from Healers Who Share.

Pricing

Prices for Products are subject to change without notice. All prices for Products are in US dollars, and are exclusive of any applicable local, state, or federal taxes. Shipping and handling fees, if any, will be reviewable prior to submitting your order. Seller reserves the right to terminate the Wholesaler Agreement if a Wholesaler is found selling Merchandise for less than the retail price.

Payment

Wholesaler will be invoiced for Merchandise orders and payment is due at time of receipt. Wholesaler is responsible for all payments regardless of ability to collect from his or her clients.

 All payments through the Service are processed using a third-party processor. You acknowledge that Healers Who Share is not liable for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by such third-party processor. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other method of payment.

When you make a purchase through our Service, you authorize us or our third party payment processor to charge your payment method for any such purchases (plus any applicable taxes and other charges) that may be accrued by or in connection with your purchase. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing a valid method of payment. All prices, fees and any applicable taxes and other charges are payable in U.S. dollars. When you initiate a purchase transaction via the Service, you will be asked to provide customary billing information such as your name, billing address, and credit card information. You may also need to provide additional information to verify your identity before completing your transaction. If you are completing the purchase using a third party payment processor, that processor’s terms and conditions apply to your payment transaction.

Refund Policy

Frequency waters – Healers Who Share does not offer returns or refunds. Each order is custom made and therefore not refundable or returnable.

Dvd’s and all digital media are final sale only – nonrefundable and nonreturnable.

Jewelry, crystals and energy tools only may be returned for a store credit only in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. This excludes custom charged enhydro crystals which are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

If an item is found damaged or used upon return to the warehouse, a store credit will not be issued.

Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date to receive store credit. You are responsible for safely packaging the item and for shipping charges incurred to return an item. This excludes all water products.

 Replacements

Damaged Products – One-of-a-kind products such as pendulums, crystals, jewelry may not be able to be replaced, in which event Healers Who Share will offer a store credit provided the buyer notifies Healers Who Share in writing within 24 hours of receipt of product and includes documented and photographic evidence of damage. This excludes frequency waters.

Damaged Products – Frequency Waters- If any such Products ordered by you shall be proved to Healers Who Share satisfaction to be damaged, Healers Who Share shall replace the damaged Products. Such replacement shall be Healers Who Share sole obligation and your exclusive remedy for any deficiency in Products ordered. Healers Who Share shall bear the cost of shipping and handling for Merchandise damaged in transit within the continental United States only.

Healers Who Share only replaces Products ordered if they are damaged. Healers Who Share does not offer exchanges for any Products. Frequency waters proved to be damaged means the Buyer notifies Healers Who Share in writing within 24 hours of receipt of product and includes documented and photographic evidence of damage. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Healers Who Share shall have no liability whatsoever, with respect to damages resulting from (i) changes or modifications made by you or a third party and (ii) the improper use or maintenance of the Products by you or a third party. 

You may lose your ability to purchase products from Healers Who Share if Healers Who Share determines, in its sole, but reasonable discretion, that you are promoting, marketing, advertising, offering to sell or selling any of Healers Who Share’s Products on or through any online marketplace, online service (e.g., Ebay, Amazon Marketplace or similar websites) or otherwise without the prior written consent of Healers Who Share (in each instance). 

 Shipping

You are responsible for inputting correct shipping address details. Changes requested to the shipping address will result in additional shipping and handling fees.

Healers Who Share will ship all Products purchased through the Service to the address specified in the shipping address section of the order form. Products will be shipped using the wholesaler designated delivery option in the shopping cart. The time period from order to delivery will vary depending on location. The delivery times specified in any order confirmation are estimates only. For the avoidance of doubt, Healers Who Share does not guarantee that your order will be delivered within the time frames set forth in your order confirmation. Please note that once your order is processed, Healers Who Share cannot modify and/or expedite your order.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, Healers Who Share shall have no liability whatsoever, with respect to orders that are shipped late or lost in transit. 

Shipping within the continental United States. Wholesaler will be responsible for all Merchandise shipping and handling expenses. Wholesaler must notify Seller of any claimed shipping error or damage within 24 hours of receipt of Merchandise. Wholesaler’s failure to give such notice within that time period shall be deemed a waiver of Wholesaler’s claim for incorrect or damaged shipments.

 

Shipping outside the continental United States. Wholesaler will be responsible for all Merchandise shipping and handling expenses, including (if applicable), customs clearance, import/export fees, freight risks and insurance, and Wholesaler may be required to act as the importer of record for international shipments. Wholesaler must notify Seller of any claimed shipping error within 24 hours of receipt of Merchandise. Wholesaler’s failure to give such notice within that time period shall be deemed a waiver of Wholesaler’s claim for incorrect shipments. Healers Who Share is not responsible for Merchandise damaged during transit.

Wholesaler is responsible for claims of Merchandise damaged in transit, which should be made through the shipping carrier.

Pick ups at our warehouse. You can request to pick up orders at our warehouse located at 140 Water Street Norwalk, CT 06854 (behind Ed’s Garage). Pick up hours are 11am – 4pm eastern time Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. We are not a retail store and we are not guaranteed to be open at all times. Pick ups are by appointment only.

It is important that you schedule your pick up with the office by emailing community@healerswhoshare.com or calling 475-522-2775. We will confirm a pick up window to guarantee that someone is there.

Order Changes

All orders are custom created. Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted.

If you want to add product to an existing order, you must submit a new order.

You are responsible for submitting correct shipping address information. Please be sure that you double check the shipping address. Once you submit the order, it is going to the specified address, change requests made to the address will result in additional shipping costs.

Cancellations

Because all orders are custom made, once you have submitted an order, it cannot be cancelled.

We will make every effort to cancel an order, if we can catch it in time. This is not guaranteed. Order changes will result in a $25 order change fee charged to you.

 Disclaimers

You acknowledge that Healers Who Share is not liable for any personal injury or property damage arising from any misuse of any Products offered through the Service. You expressly assume sole liability for providing any individual under the age of 18 with access to any Products. You hereby agree not use Products for any illegal purpose and you assume all liability for any action you take for any action that is contrary to any law, rule, or regulation of any territory.

Services

 This includes energetic analysis (EFA, Engergetic Field Analysis, readings), education, classes, live and replay webinars, zoom calls, group and one-on-one sessions, memberships. Refunds are not available for any of these services. You are paying for the time and expertise of the person you are working with.

Recorded products such as webinars, audio and video files, mp3’s and dvds are all final sale. No refunds will be issued at any time for any recorded product you have purchased.

Memberships are non-refundable. If you have a monthly plan, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.

Your full participation in the programs of your choice is a requirement for getting the most out of it. Choosing to not show up or participate does not entitle you to a refund. All information and links to joining programs will be given to you in a timely manner. It is then your responsibility to retrieve and keep the schedule, registration and call join information for your live participation or to listen to the recordings if you opt to not join live.

If you do not receive the email with the information, it is your responsibility to contact Healers Who Share at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the event. Please save us to your safe send list and check your spam folder. Please set your own reminders to remember to join the event if you are wishing to participate live.

Should any participant of any program or session choose to not follow guidelines or show malicious intent towards HWS, any other team member or participant, we reserve the right to release that member from the program/session, with no refund. The participant has the right to end a session or leave a program at will, and will not receive a refund.

Cancelling a session less than 24 hours beforehand, forfeits that session. You may reschedule with 24 hours or more notice.
